Marifran this is the dark one with the huge fans. Biggest fans I've ever grown. It came from a seedling of mine and Linda Agin's RED FRIDAY. I will put Red Friday back on it next month, it already has scapes.
Sometimes we beat our selves up over raising poor seedlings. These six buckets were planted the same day. Difference?? Same pod parent but different pollen parents. these are ready to be transplanted into the water beds at 6 weeks old.

ABILENE SUNRISE (2012) I have 87 seedlings planted with this cross
(ABILENE SUNRISE X FORESTLAKE RAGAMUFFIN). Setting too many seeds will pull a plant down. It went from 5 fans to three. With no seeds this Spring it will put on fans very fast. I hope to get something orangy with teeth. You don't always get what you want in hybridizing as we all know.

JT-7288
This flower first bloomed in 2007 and must have raised hundreds of it's seedlings. One of the best pod parents to come dome the pike. It's only about 5 inches but blooms profusely and never turns down an opportunity to get in a motherly-way. These old seedlings are very hard to get rid of.
