Notice the green stripe going down the top of the scape. It is not time to cut it off yet. Wait until                  the green stripe is gone, which means Mama  is not feeding it anymore. I rarely ever lose a
             proliferation. I still have some on that are at least  3 months old. Mama can take care of her children              better than you can.
